The ARIES team announces that the 2021 edition of the Basque Centre for Climate Change (BC3) International Spring University (ISU) on Ecosystem Services Modelling will not take place and will be replaced with other training opportunities.
After postponing the 2020 edition due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, the team has decided to reschedule the event for the second year to safeguard the health and wellbeing of all our participants and team.
However, in order to support all the training requests received, the ARIES team is already exploring new training formats to demonstrate and allow users to test the latest updates of the k.LAB software in the coming months, with different partners.
ISU is the team’s flagship event, an annual face-to-face opportunity to share the paradigm that ARIES offers to the modelling community for better informed decision-making. And this time there are many updates to be shared, such as the soon-to-be launched ARIES for SEEA application!
